All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once the shipment reaches the destination country.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. However, we are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
